But many of us, especially high performers, mistake rationalizing for resolution. And those thoughts rarely reach the systems still shaping how we feel.
Real change begins when we stop trying to outthink what the body is holding, and start working through the systems that carry it.

Our past experiences are held in systems most professionals are never taught to understand or work with: the nervous system, the fascia, the breath, the gut, the posture, the voice.
The effects show up in subtle but powerful ways, in our cells, in our posture, in our energy, in how we react emotionally, how we communicate in moments that matter, and whether we can truly rest.
These systems don’t just react to stress, they become shaped by it. And when they stay locked in old patterns, they silently limit how you lead, connect, and perform.
Embodied Edge helps you work through these systems, so you can move with more clarity, lead with integrity, and operate from your true capacity, not performance alone.
Why Embodied Edge Exists
This program wasn’t designed on a whiteboard. It was built through years of lived experience, trying to make sense of the systems that shape how we feel, and the protective patterns that quietly drive how we show up.
Our bodies are constantly adapting to keep us safe. That’s their job. They don’t care if we’re productive, present, or connected, they care that we survive. And if you’re still here, it means your system did exactly what it was designed to do.
The problem is, that same survival response can leave you feeling wired but exhausted, mentally scattered, emotionally flat, physically tense, or unable to follow through on what matters most.
Most of us were never taught how to read those signals, or how to work with the actual systems underneath.
Embodied Edge is created to change that.
The Embodied Edge Journey
The Embodied Edge journey is designed to move with intention, giving you space to reconnect, recalibrate, and work with the systems that shape how you feel, function, and lead.
We begin with a relaxed welcome lunch in Amsterdam, an in-person moment to meet your cohort, set the tone, receive your HRV and glucose devices, and be fitted for your Oura Ring 4, which you’ll wear throughout the program and keep afterward.
Month 1: The Present Shift
You’ll start with HRV and glucose tracking to establish a clear personal baseline. This phase is about reflection, not performance, uncovering where your system is bracing, overcompensating, or burning through energy, and helping you understand the deeper patterns behind how you operate.
Instead of a workshop, you’ll have two 1:1 coaching sessions based on your personal data.
Months 2–6: The Systems Underneath
From there, we move into the body. These months are where you begin to experience what’s been operating beneath the surface, the tension your body has held, the protections it’s been running, and the deeper systems that shape your behavior, focus, and capacity.
Each of these months includes:

A full-day, in-person somatic workshop, guided by hand-picked experts in nervous system regulation, fascia, breath, emotional release, and movement

Weekly online integration calls to reflect, apply, and stay connected to what’s shifting, in your body, your habits, and your relationships
You’ll move through this experience in a curated cohort of 10–15 people, selected to create a space of trust, honesty, and shared momentum, so you’re not doing this work alone.
We close with a final gathering to reflect, integrate, and mark what’s shifted, individually and as a cohort. Because this work doesn’t just change how you feel. It changes how you move forward.
