The Present Shift combines real-time biometric tracking (HRV, glucose, sleep, and recovery) with expert data interpretation to show how someone’s system is truly functioning, under pressure, during rest, and in everyday life.
Each participant receives personalized insight through two 1:1 coaching sessions: one mid-program and one at the end. Together, these sessions translate raw data into actionable clarity.
These insights help employees reduce overstimulation, overwhelm, brain fog, and energy crashes, while lowering stress and restoring their capacity to engage without burning out.
