Step 1: Schedule your 15-min intake, we’ll map your goals and explain the process
Step 2: Your tracking device(s) will be delivered to your home or office
Step 3: Wear the first sensor(s) for 5 days to assess your current lifestyle
Step 4: 60-minute 1:1 coaching session to review your data and get clear recommendations
Step 5: Apply recommendations, and wear the sensor(s) again for a second 5-day measurement
Step 6: 45-minute coaching session to refine your strategy and consolidate progress
Step 7: Return the sensors by mail or drop them off at the office
You’ll walk away with a clear plan, personalized insight, and tools to sustain what actually works for you.
